Unfortunately, there is another background process you should shut down.
Under the Background recording tab, click the slider below the Record in the background heading to turn it off. Click on the Captures tab, right below the Game bar, on the left side of the window. Once again, the Game bar window will open. 
Click on the Settings button and select the Gaming section. Once more, click the Start button or tap the Windows key on the keyboard to bring the Start menu up. This sounds great, but in reality, you mostly won’t need it and it’s gobbling precious resources. You can use it to record a quick snap of your best moves, like the play of the game, a multi-kill, or a spectacular race victory. This feature runs in the background, recording your gameplay on the go. There are a few missing features too, such as Xbox Club support, but the team at Microsoft has been diligent with updates and bug fixes.Game DVR or Xbox DVR is the next thing in line that requires disabling. The Xbox Game Bar is still a work in progress with a few features, such as the Xbox Social widget, currently running as part of a beta test. Simply hit the record button if you want to capture an app like Microsoft Paint or so on. It's also worth noting that you can use the Game Bar to record any Windows 10 program, but it will only turn itself on for games by default. 
You can quickly access this via the Show all captures menu option in the game DVR control widget. Show all captures which opens a panel with all the content you've recorded.live broadcasting (Windows Key + Alt + B).Toggle microphone access (Windows Key + Alt + M).Start recording session (Windows Key + Alt + R).30 second clip recording (Windows Key + Alt + G).Screenshotting (Windows Key + Alt + Print Screen).You can either click them or use the configured keybind to fire them off. As of July 20, 2019, we have the following options from left to right. If you mouse over each button, it informs you what each control does. By default, the capture widget is enabled in the top left corner of the screen, as shown here after pressing Windows Key + G.
